Cancellation, CE Approval and Classification
Neurorecovery Unlimited, LLC reserves the right to cancel a course up to 14 days prior to the course, with full registration refund, if insufficient numbers of participants have registered for the course. Registrants may cancel up to 30 days prior to the course. In lieu of cancelling their registration, registrants may also transfer their tuition to another course or location pending availability of seats. Participants may cancel their registration and receive a refund, minus a $50.00 cancellation charge, if requested 30 days or more prior to the course's scheduled date. Individuals who registered using PayPal will be assessed an additional 3% cancellation fee, due to Paypal's 3% service charge on all transactions. Registrants requesting to cancel with less than 30 days prior to the course will not receive a refund, but may transfer their tuition to another course or location pending availability of seats
Neurorecovery Unlimited, LLC is not responsible for reimbursement of any travel related expenses, including non refundable airline tickets, overnight accommodation or other expenses.
CONTINUING EDUCATION APPROVAL
Our AOTA Approved Provider number is: 8259. The following states currently recognize AOTA approved providers: Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, District of Columbia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia. The assignment of AOTA CEUs does not imply endorsement of specific course content, products, or clinical procedures by AOTA. This course has been individually reviewed and approved by the following states by individual state board approval, by state OT/PT Association approval, and/or by reciprocal agreement: Arizona (OT; Category A for PT); Florida; Georgia ; Illinois; Indiana; Kansas; Maryland; Missouri; Mississippi; New Hampshire; Nevada; New Mexico; Ohio; Pennsylvania; South Carolina; Texas; Virginia.
This course also meets PT state requirements in Connecticut, Iowa, Minnesota (Category 2), Nebraska, North Dakota, South Carolina, Tennessee (Class 1), Utah, Washington, and Wyoming, and OT state requirements in Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Maine , Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, South Dakota, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Several other states do not pre-approve courses for credit, have no continuing education requirements, or require therapists to submit paperwork confirming their attendance following course completion. Attendees are encouraged to save the course outline and certificate of completion for their records and contact their state boards or professional associations with questions.
